Perfect staff and location. Nice busy area with restaurants and supermarkets. Close to metro. Spacious flat for solo travelers or couples. Comfortable bed and clean linens. Great location for EU institutions. Easy access to public transport. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets nearby.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Sweet Inn in Brussels. Max, the guest relations person, was very helpful in arranging the key handover and making sure my check-in and check-out went smoothly. the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. the furnishings were comfortable, and I appreciated having a washer and dryer in the bathroom. the location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I particularly enjoyed the lovely park and lake across the road, where I could relax in the evenings. the apartment was also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy for me to explore the city.
Don't have any issues at all. 😃

I got great value for my money at Sweet Inn Apartments in Brussels. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. The location was excellent, especially for business trips in the European district, and it was convenient to have the bus stop for the airport nearby. The staff were kind and helpful, even bringing me an umbrella when I needed it. The wifi worked well too.
For breakfast choices, the kitchen utensils could be improved.

Those beautiful apartments very well designed, located in the European quarter. A dishwasher, a microwave, and a fridge are also provided.
Just loved how they didn't clarify the extra cleaning fee and provided a baby crib without a mattress, making my baby sleep in her stroller. Great experience!

The location of the apartment is ideal, with easy access to shops and restaurants in the European quarter. The proximity to Park Leopold and the European Parliament is also a plus. The flat is nicely decorated and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to stay.
The cleanliness of the apartment leaves something to be desired, with dirty walls, a dirty oven tray, and a sofa in need of cleaning.
